The spreadsheet CRM for teams that outgrew the sheet

Bring in your Google Sheet, Excel file or CSV. Every column comes with you. SheetCRM adds the pipeline board, follow-up reminders and team access that a spreadsheet only fakes with colour coding.

Free plan: 1,000 records, no credit card.

Imports from Google Sheets links, Excel (.xlsx) and CSV files. Export your records back to CSV whenever you want.

A sheet works until the second person joins

Starting a pipeline in a spreadsheet is the right call. It’s fast and you already know it. The trouble starts when leads need owners, follow-ups need dates, and someone asks what closed this month.

How a spreadsheet and SheetCRM handle the same questions
The questionIn the sheetIn SheetCRM
Who is following up with Lumen Health?A yellow cell that nobody updated in March. An owner, a due date, and a reminder until it’s done.
Which deals are stuck?Sort by date, squint, hope.Drag cards across a board and see where they pile up.
What did we win this month?A SUM formula somebody overwrote.A dashboard that reads the records themselves.
Who can see what?Everyone with the link, or only the person who owns the file.Roles for owners, admins, managers and members. Members see what’s assigned to them.

Import first. Tidy later.

Rebuilding a pipeline by hand in a new tool is where most CRM rollouts quietly die. So there is no rebuilding step.

  1. Import your file

Upload a CSV, TSV or Excel file up to 12 MB, or paste a Google Sheets link. SheetCRM reads the first sheet, detects the columns and suggests whether the rows are leads, contacts or tasks.

  2. Map your columns

Point each column at a field, or create a new one. Choose whether rows with the same email update the existing record. You see a preview before anything is saved.

  3. Work it as a team

Invite teammates, assign owners and set due dates. Reminders and the daily overdue email do the chasing, so you don’t have to.

What you get on top of the grid

The columns you already have stay put. These are the things a sheet can’t do on its own. Where a feature needs a paid plan, it says so.

Import from the sheet you already have

CSV, TSV, Excel or a Google Sheets link. Column types are detected for you, and unmatched columns become new fields instead of being thrown away.

Leads, contacts and tasks

Three record types with their own statuses, so a follow-up is a task with a due date rather than a yellow cell.

Custom fields that follow your process

Add any of 18 field types, group them into sections, and make a field appear, or be required, only when a record reaches a certain stage.

Table, board and calendar

Edit cells in place, drag cards between statuses, and filter by status, owner, tag or due date. Assign a batch of records to someone in one step.

Lead capture with an owner from the start

Point a website form or a webhook at your workspace. Each new lead goes to the next person in turn, or to whoever has the fewest open leads. A silence rule adds a follow-up task when a lead goes quiet.

1 webhook on Free, up to 25 on Business

Reminders that repeat until it’s done

A bell and browser notifications repeat every one to four hours. Overdue items arrive in one email a day instead of one per record.

Starter and up

Automations

When a lead is won, wait a week, then post to Zapier, Make, n8n or Slack, or send a WhatsApp message from your own number. Set conditions on any field.

Starter and up: 3, 10 or 25 rules

Google Sheets backup

Every lead, contact and task is copied into a Google Sheet you own, once a day or once a week. It’s a one-way copy, so a sheet of your data is always yours.

Starter and up

Roles and access

Owners, admins, managers and members. Members see only the records assigned to them. Business adds audit logs for who changed what.

Pro and up

Dashboards and email reports

Pipeline value and win rate from your own records. A monthly summary lands on Free, weekly on Starter, and daily, weekly or monthly on Pro and Business.

Your brand and your domain

Show your logo and brand name in the app, and run the CRM from an address like crm.yourbrand.com.

Domain on Starter and up

Your data stays portable

Export records to CSV, download a full JSON copy of a workspace, or let a read-only AI assistant such as Claude read your pipeline without being able to change it.

AI access on paid plans

Who it fits

Small teams with a real pipeline and no appetite for a six-month CRM project.

Freelancers

You’re juggling enquiries in a sheet and losing the ones that go quiet. Start on the free plan and keep every column.

Small businesses

Two people now touch the same leads. Give each lead an owner and a due date, and stop asking who called whom.

Agencies

Run one workspace per client, each on its own plan, with roles for your team, automations and a domain that carries your brand.

Start free. Pay when the team grows.

Every workspace has its own plan, so you upgrade only the part of the business that needs it. One subscription covers the whole team, with no per-seat billing.

Questions people ask before importing

Can I import my existing Google Sheet?

Yes. Paste the link on the Import & sync page, or upload a CSV, TSV or Excel file up to 12 MB. A Google Sheet needs to be shared as “Anyone with the link” or published to the web so SheetCRM can read it. You see the detected columns and a preview before anything is saved.

Will I lose any of my columns?

No. By default, a column that doesn’t match a built-in field is created as a new column, and you can choose “Don’t import” for any you’d rather leave behind. You can also update rows that share an email or name instead of adding duplicates.

Does it stay in sync with my Google Sheet?

Importing is a one-time copy. On paid plans you can also back up every lead, contact and task into a Google Sheet you own, once a day or once a week. That’s a one-way copy out of SheetCRM, not a two-way sync.

How much does it cost?

The free plan covers one workspace, one team member and 1,000 records, with no card needed. Paid plans start at ₹999 a month, or ₹799 a month billed yearly, plus GST.

How many people can use one workspace?

One on Free, two on Starter, five on Pro and ten on Business. Team roles (owner, admin, manager and member) come with Pro, and members see the records assigned to them.

Can I get my data back out?

Yes. Export your records to CSV from any list, or download a full JSON copy of the workspace (records, notes, tasks, fields, team and invoices) from Settings → Privacy & data. The workspace owner can also delete a workspace entirely.

Who can see my data?

Only the people you add to a workspace, within the role you give them, and workspaces are isolated from each other. SheetCRM doesn’t sell personal data or train models on your records. The privacy and legal page links to the full policy, the data processing agreement and the list of sub-processors.

Can I cancel?

Yes. The workspace owner can cancel under Settings → Plan & billing. The workspace keeps working until the end of the paid period, then turns read-only after a short grace period. Your data isn’t deleted.

Bring your sheet. Keep your columns.

Start with the spreadsheet you already trust. SheetCRM handles the follow-ups, the team and the pipeline from there.
