The agreement between Dev Group and the business using SheetCRM.
These terms are a contract between Dev Group ("we", "us") and the business or other legal entity that creates a SheetCRM account ("you"). By creating an account, or by continuing to use an account someone created for you, you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company you confirm you are allowed to bind it.
The Privacy Policy, the Data Processing Agreement and the Sub-processors list form part of these terms.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Use a work email you actually control: it is where passwords resets, invitations and invoices go. Keep your password private — anyone who signs in with your credentials is treated as you — and tell us at once if you think they have been compromised.
One account may hold several workspaces and be a member of workspaces belonging to other businesses. Each workspace has its own owner, data and plan.
You are responsible for who you invite and for the role you give them. Removing someone's membership takes effect immediately, but we cannot un-see data they already read or exported.
Do not use SheetCRM:
If you connect an AI assistant or another tool through the MCP/API access tokens, you are responsible for what that tool does with the data it can read. Revoke the token in Settings → AI access when you stop using it.
You own the records, fields, notes and files you put into a workspace. We claim no ownership over them and no right to reuse them beyond running the service for you: storing them, backing them up, sending the reports you switched on, and showing them to the people you invited.
You grant us that limited licence for as long as the workspace exists. It ends when you delete the data or the workspace, except for copies that must survive in backups or tax records for the periods stated in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis to hold the personal data of the people in your records, and for answering their requests. We help where the DPA says we will.
The current plans, their limits and their prices are shown in Settings → Plan & billing and on our pricing page. Prices are in Indian Rupees and, where you are in India, are quoted exclusive of GST; GST at the applicable rate (currently 18%) is added at checkout and shown on the invoice before you pay. Exports raised with an Indian GSTIN and place of supply are taxed as CGST+SGST or IGST as the law requires.
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. A yearly plan is charged for the whole year up front. We may change prices; a change never applies to a period you have already paid for, and we give at least 30 days' notice before it applies to you.
Per-plan limits (members, records, report frequency, sheet backups, AI access, dashboard customisation) are enforced by the software. A workspace that exceeds its plan's limits is not deleted; additions pause until it upgrades or frees room.
Payments are collected by Razorpay and confirmed on our server by verifying Razorpay's signature. A payment that fails verification does not change your plan.
You can cancel from Settings → Plan & billing at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the workspace stays on the paid plan until the end of the period you paid for and then moves to Free, keeping its data. Downgrading to Free does not delete records — it pauses the features and additions the Free plan does not include.
Fees already paid are non-refundable, including for a partly used period, except where the law requires a refund or where we have charged you in error. If you think a charge is wrong, write to hello@dg2.in within 7 days of the invoice and we will investigate and refund anything we got wrong.
We work to keep SheetCRM available and fast, and we do not promise a specific uptime percentage unless a separate written agreement says so. Planned maintenance is announced in the app where it would interrupt work. Support is by email to hello@dg2.in; paid plans are answered first.
Google Sheets backup, Razorpay payments and any MCP client are separate services with their own terms. Connecting one means you accept its terms too. If a third party is unavailable or changes its API, that feature may pause; the rest of SheetCRM keeps working, and we will tell you what changed.
The SheetCRM name, interface, documentation and the code we wrote are ours or licensed to us. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your business while your account is open — nothing more.
You may stop using the service at any time; the owner can delete a workspace from Settings → Danger zone. We may suspend or close an account that does not pay, that we are legally required to stop serving, or that seriously breaches these terms — for a serious breach we may act at once, otherwise we give notice and a chance to fix it.
On termination your data is deleted on the schedule in the Privacy Policy. Export anything you need before you close the account.
SheetCRM is provided as-is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will suit a purpose we were not told about. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose — the export in Settings → Privacy & data exists for exactly that.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for all claims relating to the service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period (or ₹10,000 where you are on the Free plan). We are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities or indirect loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
If a third party claims that the service as we provide it infringes their rights, we will deal with that claim, provided you told us promptly and let us run the defence.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction, and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 applies where you are a consumer. Before going to court, write to hello@dg2.in — most disputes are a misunderstanding that a message resolves, and we will try for 30 days.
We may update these terms. The version and effective date are shown at the top of this page. A material change is emailed to workspace owners at least 15 days before it takes effect, and continuing to use the service after that date means you accept it. If you do not accept it, stop using the service and cancel before the change takes effect.
