A workspace that never connects Google Sheets never sends data to Google. A workspace on the Free plan never sends anything to Razorpay either.
We email workspace owners at least 30 days before adding or replacing a sub-processor. If you object on reasonable data-protection grounds and we cannot resolve it, you may cancel the affected part of the service and we refund the unused period. Write to hello@dg2.in.
